Here are some important updates:


-TODAY: Those who are learning the song to help teach the other members are meeting today at 5 p.m. at Mochas and Javas @ North LBJ & Sessom


-TxSt ASLC “Deaf Coffee Chat” is this FRIDAY night
**We changed the time to: 7 p.m.- 9 p.m.

-Date Party: November 20, 2010
**Theme: The Attack of the NERDS!!!
Location: Bobcat Village Clubhouse, 1301 Aquarena Springs Dr.
**PLEASE RSVP BY NOV 10th** (include number of guests that you are bringing)
-Bring a dish! (sign-up sheet will go around soon)
-Non-members MUST bring a dish, a beverage, or five dollars


**PLEASE try and come to as many events as possible.
-THIS IS WHERE YOU SHOULD BE DOING MOST OF YOUR SIGNING/PRACTICING!
-Some members have mentioned they want to do more signing, but if you do not come to our events, then there is not much I can do… The point of the meetings is to PLAN these events, and learn a few signs so that you can participate and learn more AT EVENTS.
--BUT- If you all would rather- we can discuss canceling socials and doing more signing in meetings if that is where y’all prefer to practice.

(Also- make sure that you know that on our events calendar, only the MAROON ones are official ASL Club functions, everything in gold are just ‘relevant’ & optional opportunities)
