-Pass out directories to everyone

-ASLClub Game- “Who Am I?”

-Nominations for officers and committees:

-(Voting will be next meeting)

-Those nominated and who want to hold their nomination to be voted on will stand and speak to the club next Monday to explain why they should be voted on for office



Positions and the people who have been nominated (if you were nominated for more than one office- you MUST pick only ONE office to run for)

President: Kevin-James Reyes

Amendment Proposals:

- “That officers have an ASL fluency of no less than level 3”

- “That dues be $25 per semester”

- “Change officer requirements so that they are required to go to 50% of meetings and 75% of officer meetings, 50% of socials and 50% of quad recruitment and 75% of volunteer activities”



**OFFICERS AND AMENDMENTS WILL BE VOTED FOR ON MONDAY, NOV 29th at our LAST MEETING OF THE SEMESTER!

-Officers require a simple majority vote (50%)
-Amendments require a 2/3rds majority
**DISCUSSION: Any member shall have an opportunity to discuss the proposed amendment(s) at the meeting following their proposal, at which time they shall write in support or opposition to the amendment(s).
