Hey gang,
Just wanted to let everyone know that tonight's meeting will be a bit unplugged. That is, I'm unable to be there to run the sign-in program and the video camera, so y'all will be using the old fashioned pen and paper sign-in sheet tonight. I'm currently working on setting up a web-entry program to make things more accessible to everyone, but just for tonight there'll be a digital-less meeting.
For those hard of hearing members in our group, it seemed like the response was kinda negative to the captionists, so tonight they won't be there. If y'all go through the meeting and decide they're better than nothing, I'll make it a point to let the captioning coordinator know that we want them at the rest of the meetings.

I would actually love to hear any feedback regarding the resources we've used so far (the PTZ Camera, computerized sign-in program, website posts, TRACS email blasts, etc) so I can better set up the resources for future officers and committees.
